Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be returned using the original method of payment, where applicable. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
